Breathwork with Reiki

**On summer break, back in October**
A unique combined practice and therapy. This session will incorporate both a personalised breathwork practice and a traditional Reiki healing session. Before the session, I will send you a brief questionnaire to be completed, highlighting any specific areas of physical, emotional or energetic discomfort, or any desired outcomes. I will then spend the first approximately 40 minutes guiding you to use targeted breathing techniques, all of which you can then safely practice at home after the session. We will then move into the Reiki session, promoting relaxation, balance, and holistic well-being. Replenish your mind, body, and spirit with this gentle and powerful healing practice.

Experience personalised breath coaching sessions tailored to yours or your teams/families needs. For group/family sessions, I'll teach you about how co-regulation works and how you can use this knowledge to improve the communication and compassion between you.

Post-Partum Wellness Group

Holding space for new parents with yoga, breath, doula-support and tea!

Myself and Nadia Kemp (post-partum doula) understand how important community is for new mothers. Let's be honest, parenting can feel lonely and overwhelming at times. Between us, we can offer yoga/movement, breathwork, meditation and post-partum support for both you and your baby. We will very much be led be you and your babies.

A tailored celebration of your pregnant loved one...

We have ceremonies for marriage, the arrival of a new baby, completing education, but not for the power and sacredness of pregnancy and birth.

A mother's blessing is very different to a baby shower; it's focus is not on the baby - but the mother. The intention behind it is to shower the mother-to-be with love, support and empowerment. It could include any of the following:

- breathwork

- yoga / somatics

- empowerment visualisation meditation

- readings

- group singing

- rose ceremony

- bath bomb making

- tea ceremony

- essential oil spray creation

- reiki

- binding the mother (a silk binding ceremony to encircle the mother with love)

4-5 hours £200-50 (depending on materials chosen)
